You can have BOTH Version 3 and Version 4 installed on the SAME computer. So feel free to convert your data and try Version 4 for 30 days before purchasing the upgrade or discontinuing use of Version 3.

What the difference between an Upgrade and an Update?
To upgrade is to go from one version of Martial Arts Organizer to an entirely new version. For example, a Martial Arts Organizer 3 user upgrades to Martial Arts Organizer 4.

An update is a minor change to the current version. So if you have Martial Arts Organizer 4v10, you can update to Version 4v11. Updates improve program functionality and fix known bugs.
